Who we are

Welcome to 307 Estate Liquidators — where yesterday’s forgotten finds become tomorrow’s bidding wars! We’re a, passionate estate sale company specializing in antiques, collectibles, and anything with that special second-hand sparkle. From dazzling jewelry and vintage watches to rare coins, comic books, porcelain, pottery, art, glassware, trading cards, and beyond — if it’s got history, heart, or hidden value, we want to put it in the spotlight.

What sets us apart? We don’t just clear houses… we hunt for the gold (literally and figuratively). Too many estates lose serious value because the average sale team misses the gems hiding in plain sight. Not us. Our online auctions on HiBid open your items to local buyers for easy pickup **and** bidders from across the country who are ready to provide the good stuff a new home. Roughly half our lots stay local, half head out on adventures — maximizing your return every time.

What We Offer

If you are downsizing a collection, an estate or a 2nd hand picker we would love the chance to bring your quality items to the market. We have an auction house to hold your items while they are waiting to be cataloged and auctioned off.

Consignment

We are equipped to facilitate an estate sale at your physical location.  We handle all of the photography, sorting, sale of items and disposal of trash leaving the property broom clean.

Full Estates

We are happy to come you’re at your location and take away the items that you would like have presented at auction.

Partial Estates

Buy Outs

We have the ability to purchase full and partial estates as well as collections.  If you just want the stuff gone, we’d be interested in making you an offer.

My love for antiques and collectibles started — ironically — with my parents. As a kid, they dragged me through endless museums, dusty antique shops, and every roadside historical marker we passed. I complained the whole time, never imagining those trips would plant the seeds for my lifelong passion.

The moment I was old enough, I started buying and selling at flea markets and antique shows across the country. Looking back, that journey has now spanned more than 40 rewarding years. My wife and I even had the privilege of promoting and running the C & C Mercantile, Antique and Collectors Fair for eight years — an experience that deepened my appreciation for the community and the treasures we all chase.

I jumped into online selling early, becoming an active eBay seller in 1998. As the industry evolved, I adapted by consigning items to major online auction platforms starting about seven years ago. Today, I’m truly grateful to be a partner in 307 Estate Liquidators, where I get to combine decades of hands-on experience with a modern approach to helping families, collectors, and estates find new homes for their cherished items.

Whether it’s a rare find from a forgotten attic or a timeless piece with a great story, I’m still just as excited today as I was at my first flea market table.

Tavis Watson

With a lifelong passion for antiques and collectibles, I’ve been immersed in this world since I was old enough to raise a bidding paddle. By age 12, I was actively bidding at live auctions, and I later worked my way through college at a local antique store, gaining hands-on knowledge of inventory, valuation, and customer service.

After earning a business degree from the University of Wyoming, I spent years in the corporate world before retiring in 2009 to pursue my true calling full-time in the antiques and collectibles market. Since then, I’ve built an impressive track record, including selling over 55,000 items on eBay and sourcing treasures from every corner of the second-hand world—auctions, estate sales, yard sales, flea markets, private picks, and thrift stores.

My expertise is backed by formal training: I hold a diploma from the Asheford Institute of Antiques, the world’s foremost school for antiques, collectibles, and appraisal studies, and I am a PACC Certified Appraiser (Professional Appraiser Code of Conduct), ensuring accurate, ethical, and professional valuations.

For the past 16 years, I’ve dedicated myself to hunting down exceptional items and helping families and estates turn their treasures into meaningful sales. Now, through the HiBid platform, I bring that same dedication and knowledge to online estate sales—making the process seamless, transparent, and rewarding for sellers while connecting buyers with authentic, high-quality pieces.

Whether you’re liquidating an estate, downsizing, or simply looking for your next great find, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with integrity, experience, and a genuine love for the hunt.
